When I launched The Outcomes Coach in 2020, my motivation was to support healthcare and life sciences leaders in unlocking their full potential and enabling them to achieve transformative leadership.
I wanted our brand to be focused and intentional, truly reflecting our mission: to partner with healthcare and life sciences leaders and teams, guide them through challenges with clarity and focus, empower them to unlock their potential to transform tomorrow, and achieve goals with extraordinary impact.
Drawing on my leadership and business experience, the value I derived from my journey working with coaches and mentors, and my roots in life sciences and healthcare, I wanted our brand to embody the transformative coaching journey that leaders and teams experience in achieving their goals; both professionally and personally.
This desire set the stage for the next step: creating a meaningful, memorable identity aligned with our mission and ultimately the growth I aimed for our clients to experience.
Working with my creative partner, Dami Shepard, we faced the pivotal question: How do we capture our mission and the idea of the leader’s journey in a single name and symbol? Two powerful concepts emerged:
We chose the name “Outcomes” to reflect the measurable results and growth achieved through incremental milestones and goals. In healthcare and life sciences, where the stakes are high, this means real, tangible, measurable outcomes that matter to patients, leaders, teams, and organizations.
We chose the striking gaze of owl eyes as our logo – symbolic of their unique power. Owls can see in the dark and are respected in many cultures as symbols of wisdom and insight.
Owls possess superpowers that reflect attributes and core competencies of transformative leaders, and we wanted to convey this sentiment in our logo.
